DAHENG IMAGING looks forward to meeting at SIAF GUANGZHOU

From August 11th to 13th, 2020, SIAF (SPS-Industrial Automation Fair) GUANGZHOU will be held in Area A of Pazhou, CHINA IMPORT AND EXPORT FAIR COMPLEX. DAHENG IMAGING is looking forward to meeting you at the show! Our booth number: Hall 5.2, Booth C47.

The products and systems that will be displayed include: DAHENG IMAGING PALLAS series smart cameras, deep learning detection systems and multi-camera parallel processing systems.


PALLAS series smart camera demonstration system 

The system uses DAHENG IMAGING's PALLAS series smart cameras and innovative lenses to achieve high-precision location, measurement, counting, etc.

The PALLAS 6563M-M0 camera is DAHENG IMAGING's high-resolution smart camera, featuring outstanding price/performance ratio and low consumption. The camera has fast processing speed with Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC processor (quad-core A53@1.2GHz). Integrated powerful graphical vision software, PALLAS 6563M-M0 camera provides a variety of vision tools and can be easily used without user programming.

The system is widely used in bar code/data code reading, OCR, measurement, calibration, detection and location, and suitable for various machine vision applications such as logistics, electron component, semiconductor, automobile and electronic equipment.


Deep learning defect detection system

The system uses DAHENG IMAGING 's MERCURY camera and deep learning to detect defects on the glass surface. The MERCURY camera captures the fringe image of the glass cover, and the deep learning algorithm detects and locates the fringe change area. The system can detect defects on the surface of smooth objects, such as unevenness, deformation, bubbles, water ripples, wrinkles, etc.

Deep learning algorithms can be used to detect various irregular defects that are difficult to detect with traditional algorithms. No user programming is required. It can detect defects on the surface of highly reflective and transparent objects such as glass.

The three major functions of deep learning: defect detection, target location, and product classification are very suitable for application scenarios such as surface quality inspection, grasping and positioning, product qualification determination, classification, and grading.


Multi-camera parallel processing system

The system uses DAHENG IMAGING 's MERCURY camera with powerful graphical software MERLIC to achieve parallel processing.

MERLIC software can realize the parallel processing of multiple cameras. The system uses four cameras to build the program. The four cameras correspond to four processes, which are independent of each other and do not affect each other. The system can realize QR code reading, scratch detection, OCR recognition and measurement. Four interfaces can be displayed on the front interface at the same time, so in the state of continuous operation, the output results of the four cameras can be displayed in real time.
