Background

And the field of view is approximately 66 mm × 44 mm, accuracy required ±0.02 mm.
Solution
The steering wheel wiper turn signals pull rod screen printing quality inspection system consists of an area scan camera, industrial lens, light source, and algorithm platform, which is installed on the pull rod production line. By pre-training the target images with markers, the system acquires images during the production of pull rods and classify the defects to determine their categories and mark them, thus realizing the quality inspection of steering wheel wiper turn signals pull rod screen printing.
