Eight New MERCURY Featuring Sony IMX183 and IMX178

We are expanding our most successful MERCURY camera series by adding eight new models with the rolling shutter CMOS sensors IMX183 and IMX178 from Sony STARVIS series . 

The IMX183 sensor offers the outstanding Image quality, low noise and high resolution with 20Megapixel. The IMX183 has monochrome and color type, it fills in the blank of monochrome high resolution rolling shutter CMOS. The camera using IMX183 has a very attractive price. It will be a good choice for some applications where need the high resolution and cost saving. 

The IMX178 sensor also keep Sony quality with the same outstanding Image quality and low noise. Due to its significantly better sensor characteristics at a low price level, It will be a good replacement for some 5 Megapixel rolling sensors. 

All two new camera will be available with the GigE and USB 3.0 interface. They still keep the characteristics of MERCURY camera series, small size, high versatility, and excellent performance, all at an entry-level price.
