In recent years, machine vision has gradually entered the Chinese market, which provides a strong technical guarantee for the rapid development of smart manufacturing. At the same time, it also comes with an increasingly segmented market and more challenging conditions. For instance, in some mature operating scenarios, we can often see that the industrial camera has nowhere to "play", due to the space limitations.

After a long period of market researching, DAHENG IMAGING has developed a variety of right angle rotated cameras in order to solve the urgent problems for customers. Due to the space limitation of the sensor’s vertical direction in some application practice, whereas the cable needs to be laid along the vertical direction, so that makes it impossible to meet the installation space requirements. And for this reason, DAHENG IMAGING’s research and development team has made a 90-degree rotation design of the sensor, therefore the cable’s outlet direction is no longer limited to the vertical direction, thus makes the occupied height only 29mm in the vertical direction and greatly meets the demand of some limited installation space.
